This time we will talk about the Wine Cooperative San Carlos Sud, which is located in La Consulta, Mendoza. Inside the establishment it can be seen stainless steel vessels and also French and American oak barrels. This evidence that the maintenance is very good and there is a very adequate modernization.
Several wine producers from the Uco Valley make up the Cooperative that is currently San Carlos Sud. The area in which it is located is one of the best vineyards in Argentina and around the world. The red varieties that can be observed are: Syrah, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Bonarda, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, as for all red grapes, while for the white varieties, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Torrontés, among others. 10 million liters are produced per year.
Argentina is considered the best country for the production of wines, since it has many artists that make it possible to produce the best raw material from all over the world.
